PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We thank You and appreciate the services you have availed from Trucks24. Please
read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Payment and
Cancellation Policy and other processes carefully as they will give You important
information and guidelines about Your rights and obligations as a customer of
Trucks24, concerning any services availed by You through the Platform unless
specifically stated otherwise on Trucks 24 Platform.
1. PAYMENT TERMS :
a. The Company will generate invoices after receiving a request from the
Customer.
b. The Invoices shall be generated on the following conditions
The Google Maps Distance from the Pickup Location to the
Drop Location.
Toll charges (Approx)
The Per Km rate of the selected route
c. The User of this Platform availing services provided by Trucks24 is
bound to pay a minimum 10% of the estimated invoice amount
generated in his/her favour prior to the Vehicle's arrival at the pickup
location.
d. The User availing services shall disburse the remaining 90% of the
invoice amount generated upon the Vehicle arriving at the drop
location.
Note: The goods and commodities transferred shall be
unloaded from the vehicle upon full and final settlement of
the invoice amount.

TRUCKS24 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY UNLOADING
IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT OF ANY INVOICE AMOUNT OR
UPON ANY DUE AS THE COMPANY MAY INTIMATE THE
CUSTOMER ABOUT.
UPON FAILURE OF PAYMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 60 DAYS
FROM THE DATE OF REACHING THE DROP POINT,
TRUCKS24 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL ANY OR ALL
PROCEEDS FROM THE VEHICLE AND SETTLE THE
INVOICE AMOUNT.
ANY OVERDUE FROM THE SETTLEMENT OF THE INVOICE
THROUGH SALE OF THE SHIPMENT SHALL BE
FURNISHED BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.
2. RE-SCHEDULE TERMS :
a. The Customer may reschedule the request generated on the Platform
within 3 hours from placing the request for no rescheduling charges.
b. The Customer shall incur rescheduling charges of Rs.300/-
(Rupees Three Hundred) before the vehicle has departed for
the pickup location or after 3 hours of the registering the request
on the Platform.
Note: Request for Rescheduling shall only be accepted at
the discretion of the Company and the Platform and
prior to the Vehicle reaching the Pickup location. No
Rescheduling shall be entertained upon the arrival of
the vehicle at the pickup location.
3. CANCELLATION TERMS :
a. The Customer may cancel the request on the Platform within 3 hours
from placing the request for no cancellation charges.
b. The Customer may incur cancellation charges of Rs.750/-
(Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty) or 5% of the Invoiced
Amount after 3 hours of the registering the request on the
Platform.

Note: Request for cancellation shall be entertained at a
charge of 10% of the invoice amount after vehicles
departure for the pickup location.
4. REFUND TERMS :
a. All refunds shall be credited within 5 to 7 working days into the User's
Account details put up on our website.
b. The same shall be communicated to You through SMS and E-mail Id You have
provided us.
c. We reserve the right to provide you or deny services listed on the platform to
you. We can refuse an order if We do not want to serve You, without any legal
repercussions.
5. LATE LOADING CHARGES
a. The User will not be bound or liable to pay any charges for a period of 12
hours from the trucks arrival at the User's location towards Late Loading
charges.
b. The User shall be liable to pay Rs. 100/- Per hour upon the late loading time
exceeding 12 hours from the time the truck has arrived at the location
prescribed.
6. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR OVERLOADING GOODS
a. The Customer is liable to check and verify the goods so transported while
being unloaded from the truck. The signature of the Customer so received on the
"Shipment Received form" shall mean an express acceptance of the goods
transported to be in perfect condition.
b. In case the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the service or has
received the wrong product, the company shall hold no responsibility and the
Vendor shall solely be responsible for the same.
c. The Customer is liable to inform the same within 24 hours of receipt of the
shipment.

d. The Customer can send an e-mail attaching a digital photo of the damaged or
incorrect item and the request details to sales.trucks24@gmail.com with
the following on the body of the email:
Your order number
The shipping ID or item number
A brief description of the reason for the return
And tell us whether You are seeking a replacement or a refund.
e. Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and You will receive an email
letting You know Your replacement is under production.
f. The Truck Owner/Driver will be bound only to load the weight permitted by
law and permitted by the authority for that particular truck, any additional
overweight by the Truck Owner/Driver shall be at the liability of the customer
and the Company shall not be liable for any Fines, Challans, Accidental
Damages or any other liabilities arising out of such a transport by the Truck
Owner/Driver.
g. The User shall be liable to check the weights and based on the total tonnage,
he/she shall request for the particular truck.
h. Lost Consignment: Subject to the clause with related to the weight in
relation to the weigh scale variations, where part or all of a consignment is lost
between the time of loading and unloading Trucks24 shall compensate User
for that damage @ 1.5 times of invoice value of the consignment.
i. Weigh Scale Variations: Permissible weigh scale various shall be limited to
a maximum of 0.2%. for shortages beyond permissible limits, the value of
shortfall in tonnage at 1.5 times the rate mentioned in the invoice document
(CAI) plus the applicable taxes and duties and proportionate freight amount
shall be recovered from Vendors bills.
